Our Digital Footprints are everywhere, we leave traces in everywhere we go. How can one determine thousands of files inside thousands of computers in Corporations and Businesses and information inside data? The personal data should be known or detected before taking any measure.
GEODI provides a certain solution with regard to detection. It can extract many information included in the scope of personal data from the text, such as personal names, TR Identity Numbers, Parcel Numbers, Places of Birth, Dates of Birth, Blood Types etc. In order for these data to become Personal Data, at least 2 of them must come together. GEODI reveals this relation, as well as personal data pairs or trios.
In order to do so, all you have to do is to introduce data sources in your web to GEODI. It will scan databases, web storages, corporate e-mail contents for you and reveal personal data.

Most people consider GEODI as a tool for finding some words in texts when they first see it. That’s true, GEODI processes texts very well, but there is more. For example, Language Recognizer reads the text and find out whether it is Turkish, English or in another language. Language of the text is not a word in the text itself. The secret is GEODI's analytical skills, which help it reveal hidden values. For example, it identifies objects, traffic signs or faces from pictures. It finds out which department is related to the complaint that has been addressed to the Municipality.

Let’s start with “Finding Similarities” feature. According to a research, half of the document space of every corporation (Yes, you heard right!) consists of duplicate or almost the same documents. We now automatically find similarities between documents and duplicates in order to ease your troubles or even prevent a potential disarray.
You write something, for example, a report and save it as Report.docx. Then it becomes report_r1.docx. Somebody else changes its name to report_03-02-2016.docx. You send it to your friend via e-mail, he/she makes slight changes on it and saves it as report_latest.docx. We assume this scenario to be quite familiar.
Here is our question worth 10 points: How many versions of this report are there? Which one is the latest?
Now GEODI can answer these questions. When you make a search via GEODI and find the document you’re looking for, it immediately informs you about duplicates and similar documents. You can also open similar ones or compare them using Microsoft Word, if you wish to do so.
Similarities are not limited to Word documents. If your report is saved as report.pdf, it can be found out as well.

MOBIDI is a flexible mobile application designed for field inspections, redirecting fault teams, documenting and reporting all activity on the site. It works both online and offline on iOS and Android smartphones.
GEODI can run more than 200 different formats. In addition to Word, Excel and PDF, CAD documents such as AutoCAD, Netcad or GIS documents such as Shape, ECW, GeoTif are also included. Teams on field can view, comment on or share their point-of-contact documents or documents they search for on their smart devices with others. President Haluk Sahin Yazgı, who is closer to the goal of making Günebakan and Aksaray a brand city, said, "There is a great change in the social life and food culture of our society. We, as the Municipality, have started the project called 'Günebakan' in order to let our people consume cleaner and more safe food. This project will not be punitive but will be an incentive project. We also do not force anyone into this project because it is based on volunteerism. Any company that requests can apply to us for a ‘Günebakan’ certificate. By providing the necessary conditions, our municipality may give the ‘Günebakan’ certificate. By increasing the brand value, businesses will appeal to the selective citizens. Our people will be able to shop from these establishments with peace of mind or sit down with their families&guests and eat their meals comfortably.
Those who want to get a ‘Günebakan’ certificate first need to apply to the Municipal City Police. Police in the municipality can make inspections with MOBIDI instantly on tablets or telephones. When a citizen sends a complaint from “24 Park Street, Ataturk” address saying "Our garbage is not collected this morning and the street is not clean at the moment", for instance, GEODI reads this statement and sends the request for cleaning to the Cleaning Affairs Director by means of the phrase "our garbage is not collected". This work order is assigned to the field teams automatically. The user of MOBIDI on the field reads this work order and complaint on a smart device. MOBIDI records the actions that teams perform with photo, video or voice recording of the activities done. This MOBIDI recording will automatically be sent to the Cleaning Affairs Director as "completed". The relevant unit manager will register and review the photos or video records and close the process as "completed". In this process, GEODI automatically informs the complainant about the process in relation to the complaint that resulted.
The map of the complaints, the assessment of the citizens' requests as municipalities, the indication of what regions have complained and why, the big picture can be displayed and the services-activities can be shaped according to this information. Continuously, in the municipality, the turnaround process of the service units is provided for the requests coming from the citizens.

Aksaray Municipality is focused on serving citizens with "Municipality at Home" project efficiently and effective. GEODI and MOBIDI are used in the project, which ensures that each citizen is satisfied with the municipality's services and that the citizen's participation in the governance is measured.
The team created by the Municipality in the scope of the project, goes to the houses of citizens and records the requests, needs, suggestions and complaints with MOBIDI system. Requests taken during the meetings with citizens are sent to the necessary units in the municipality with MOBIDI so that it brings immediate solutions to the requests and needs.
Aksaray Municipality, which started running the project before summer 2017, visited about 6000 residences in five months. Data gathered through meetings is gathered at the center and converted into Smart Charts. With these charts, information such as citizen satisfaction, how and where the municipal services are followed and their awareness can be reported in the neighborhood or street scale. Thus, the necessary data is provided to improve municipal services.
The data provided from the municipality's public accounts such as social media, web page, e-mails and BIMER are categorized by GEODI Artificial Intelligence and operated 7/24 whilst automatically mapped to relevant units.

Things work differently with GEODI. GEODI is an ideal means for archiving, as well as its other utilities. Post-scanning tasks are completely automatic. Yes, you heard right. Performing OCR, entering Index field, classification is nonexistent. When you enter a scanned document, it gives you a wide range of results.

The Municipality of Sincan has been using E-BYS and DYS software for a long time. Millions of pages in the municipal archives were scanned and transferred to the electronic media within this period. However, due to the different software solutions used over time, the documents were stored at different locations. GEODI makes access to information way easier by providing a single point of access to all documents. It has resolved the problems that make it impossible to search such as different forms of plot-layout data that are inaccessible by conventional means or incomplete indexing due to its high cost. Updating the map generated by GEODI based on the query criteria has also offered a very important decision support instrument. This makes it easier to access the information on the senior management unit activities, thereby improving the service quality with better decisions.
